West Ham United have reportedly joined the race for Brazilian attacker Matheus Pereira.
The 23-year-old moved to West Bromwich Albion on loan from Sporting Lisbon over the summer and has excelled during his time with the Championship outfit.
The Brazilian has managed six goals and 16 assists in 34 appearances for Slaven Bilic's side, who are second in the Championship table with English football currently at a standstill.
Manchester United are believed to be interested in signing the attacker amid suggestions that he could be available for as little as €10m (£8.4m) this summer.
However, according to Football Insider, West Ham are keeping a close eye on developments and could attempt to bring Pereira to the London Stadium this summer.
The South American's contract with his parent club will expire at the end of the 2021-22 campaign.
