MK Dons have completed the signing of Wigan Athletic defender Jack Hendry on loan until January 7.
The 21-year-old moved to the Latics from Partick Thistle last summer but only made three league appearances as Wigan stormed to the League One title.
Dons manager Karl Robinson told the club's website: "He's a good size and is good with the ball at his feet – he'll suit our style of play.
"We've watched him ourselves on a number of occasions and we've also had good reports on him from respected people in the game. He'll add depth to a key position and I'm looking forward to working with him for the next four months."
Hendry could make his Dons debut this Sunday as Robinson's side travel to Northampton Town.
