Woking manager Garry Hill has made every member of his squad available for loan.
The 57-year-old took the decision following Saturday's FA Cup tie against Maidenhead United, which the National League side lost 3-0.
"Garry addressed all of the players and told them exactly where they stand. Saturday's performance fell far, far below what Garry deserves and what the football club deserves," chairman Mike Smith told BBC Sport.
"A circular has gone out making the entire squad available for loan. If they don't want to contribute then we'd be quite happy for them to go and ply their trade somewhere else."
The Cards, who are currently 16th, have won just one of their last eight matches in all competitions.
