Wolverhampton Wanderers are expected to be without Richard Stearman, Dave Edwards and George Elokobi for tomorrow's League Cup tie against Morecambe.
The trio all picked up injuries during Saturday's 0-0 draw away at Preston North End.
"Tomorrow would look to be very quick in terms of turnaround for them to play, but I haven't got a great idea at present as to how long they will be out," said manager Kenny Jackett to reporters.
"We took 20 players to Preston – the 18 available and Ethan Landell and Anthony Forde. That working group now looks like it may be cut to 17."
It has been reported that Jackett has decided to give some younger members of his squad an outing at the Globe Arena.
