Wolverhampton Wanderers defender Matt Doherty has conceded that the club's goalkeeper, Carl Ikeme, could play at a higher level.
Saturday's 0-0 draw with Brentford was the 10th clean sheet that Wolves have kept this season.
When asked by the Express & Star as to reason behind such form, Doherty insisted that Ikeme deserved the majority of the credit.
"He's a top goalkeeper who's too good for this league. He's made some unbelievable saves and if it wasn't for him we'd have conceded more goals," he said.
"The shots aren't easy and they're similar saves to what he'd have to make in any league."
Ikeme rose through the ranks at Molineux, but he has had nine loan spells away from the League One outfit.
