Wolverhampton Wanderers boss Mick McCarthy has said that he has full confidence in Irish striker Kevin Doyle.
Doyle has only scored twice so far this season, but McCarthy believes that problems with finding the net may run deeper in the squad.
"It's not been happening for Kevin. But I don't know many chances we've created for him either," McCarthy said.
"I'll keep faith with him and I hope that luck turns for him.
"Sometimes you need a deflected goal. He needs something to run."
Wolves currently sit just outside the relegation zone with 14 points from 16 games.
