Wolverhampton Wanderers forward Patrick Cutrone is recovering well after testing positive for COVID-19, according to his agent.
The 22-year-old, who is currently on loan at Italian side Fiorentina, was revealed to have contracted coronavirus last week and has been self-isolating since.
The Italian's partner also tested positive for the virus, but Cutrone's agent Giovanni Branchini has since revealed that his client is on the road to recovery.
Speaking to Firenze Viola, Branchini said: "Patrick is better, he is at ease at home and will spend the necessary days to combat the virus. Thank God both he and his girlfriend are much better.
"They have never been really bad but have had a fever and are now getting better. We are heading towards a happy solution entirely."
Cutrone has registered two goals in 12 Premier League appearances for Nuno Espirito Santo's side.
