Crystal Palace striker Dwight Gayle will allegedly turn down the chance to join Championship side Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The 24-year-old has struggled for first-team action since Alan Pardew moved to Palace in January.
Bournemouth are said to be in talks with the Eagles over signing the frontman, and are believed to have already failed with a £6m bid.
Wolves are thought to be looking at bringing in at least one new striker after Kevin Doyle, Leon Clarke and Jake Cassidy left Molineux at the end of last season, with Gayle among their targets.
However, Gayle would prefer a switch to Bournemouth if he was to leave South London, according to a report.
The former Peterborough United man has netted 18 goals in 54 Palace appearances.
