Wolverhampton Wanderers manager Kenny Jackett has insisted that his club are not close to making a loan addition.
Recent reports had suggested that both Leicester City striker Chris Wood and Hull City centre-back Harry Maguire had been sounded out regarding temporary switches to Molineux.
However, while Jackett has admitted that he is "always looking to improve" his squad, he stressed that there are no imminent arrivals.
"We haven't got anybody we're right in for at the moment. Do we think anybody is coming in for the weekend? No, not necessarily," he told the Express & Star. "We're always looking to improve but we're not signing anyone imminently at the moment."
Jackett's side are currently third in the Championship table.
