Wolverhampton Wanderers boss Kenny Jackett has confirmed that the club will not offer Sylvan Ebanks-Blake a new contract when the striker returns to fitness.
Despite being a free agent, the 27-year-old is undergoing rehabilitation at Molineux after breaking his leg in April.
However, Jackett has made it clear that the forward does not have a future with the League One side.
"We wouldn't be looking at a deal for Sylvan. I just feel that I don't particularly want to go back to the former players," he told the Birmingham Mail. "It would be nice to bring new, fresh players in."
Ebanks-Blake joined Wolves from Plymouth Argyle in 2008.
