Wrexham manager Kevin Wilkin has revealed that front duo Louis Moult and Andy Bishop are undergoing 'intensive treatment' in an attempt to be fit for the club's FA Cup fixture at Stoke City.
Ankle and hamstring problems are threatening their participation at the Britannia Stadium, but Wilkin is hopeful that the forwards, who have scored 17 times between them this season, will be available to make an appearance.
The 47-year-old is quoted by BBC Sport as saying: "They're on the treatment table and are obviously being treated intensively now. There is an outside chance that both Louis and Andy could be available for Sunday.
"The physio is doing everything he can to get them ready. They won't do a lot of training between now and the game, it's just a case of whether we can get them out on Saturday morning to join in training and see where they are at."
Wrexham have defeated Macclesfield Town, Woking and Maidstone United to reach the last 64 of the competition.
