Hartlepool United have signed Jason Banton from Wycombe Wanderers on a short-term loan deal.
The 22-year-old has seen his playing time restricted at Adams Park since joining from Plymouth Argyle in the summer.
Having started just four games so far this season, the winger has now linked up with fellow League Two side Hartlepool until January.
Speaking of the new signing, Pools boss Ronnie Moore told the club's official website: "He's a match-winner, that's for sure. He's got fantastic ability and can play on the right wing or the left and he's a player who can excite the crowd.
"At this current moment, we are looking for someone to light the blue touch paper and Jason is certainly one who can do that. He's got good experience to go with his ability and at the moment, that's exactly what we are looking for."
Banton, who will wear the number 28 shirt at United, is eligible to feature against Dagenham & Redbridge on Saturday afternoon.
