Yeovil Town caretaker manager Terry Skiverton has blamed poor finishing for his side's 3-0 defeat to Bristol City.
The Glovers remained rooted to the bottom of the League One table last night as three second-half goals saw them beaten by their local rivals.
Skiverton believes that a lack of a cutting edge in the final third was a key factor in the team's third loss in four games.
"We haven't been clinical enough which has been the story of our season," Skiverton is quoted as saying by Sky Sports News. "They were too powerful for us in that spell after half time.
"They are where they are because they are scoring and we are where we are because we're not. We were six points away from safety at the weekend and now it's four so we have made a little dent into that."
Yeovil continue their fight for survival on Saturday when they travel to fellow strugglers Leyton Orient.
