New Ferrari driver Sebastian Vettel has suggested that the "straightforward" approach from teammate Kimi Raikkonen should aid their working relationship.
The Finn retains his seat with the Scuderia for 2015 after Vettel was recruited to replace Fernando Alonso, who joined McLaren.
Raikkonen has sometimes been criticised for his blunt attitude, but Vettel is confident that his approach will only help Ferrari's bid to win titles.
"I don't expect any problems," Vettel told reporters. "He will be a very difficult team-mate to beat on the track as he's very quick and talented but we get on well.
"Usually there's not so many words being exchanged but it's always very straightforward which is something I appreciate with Kimi and it's not something that happens often in Formula 1."
Ferrari will take part in the pre-season testing in Jerez, which gets underway on Sunday.
