Michael Schumacher's former manager has warned Sebastian Vettel that success at Ferrari will not come easily.
The four-time world champion has already confirmed that he will leave Red Bull, with Fernando Alonso expected to make way for the 27-year-old at the Scuderia.
However, Willy Weber, who represented Schumacher when he left Benneton to join the Italian team in 1996, has hinted that Vettel may struggle to adapt to life behind the wheel of the prancing horse.
Weber told Auto Bild: "Sebastian is much more sensitive than Michael. If something is not working well, the pressure at Ferrari is greater than it is anywhere else.
"It is not always 'peace, joy and pancakes', but a lot of politics. I think if a Fernando Alonso cannot deal with it, then no-one can."
Vettel is currently fifth in the drivers' standings.
