Lewis Hamilton has won the Italian Grand Prix ahead of second-placed Mexican Sergio Perez.
It was Felipe Massa who made a strong start as he overtook Jenson Button in lap one, while Bruno Senna was also a big mover from 13th to 10th inside three laps.
Hamilton continued to lead the race as he entered lap four – posting the fastest lap as he dictated the race. Meanwhile, Jean-Eric Vergne spilled off the track in lap 10.
Hamilton led Button and Vettel as the halfway point approached, while Button's race ended in lap 34 due to an suspected engine failure.
A sensational end from Perez so nearly handed the Mexican first spot as he moved into second with six laps remaining.
However, Hamilton held on to secure the victory four seconds ahead of Perez and 20 seconds ahead of third-placed Fernando Alonso, while reigning world champion Sebastian Vettel pulled out in lap 47.
