Lewis Hamilton has said that his Mercedes was "feeling really good" during practice for this weekend's Bahrain Grand Prix.
The Briton, who won last weekend's race in Malaysia, was fastest in both of today's sessions at a track where he also showed pace during pre-season testing.
The 2008 world champions told Sky Sports News: "The car feels better than when we were testing here. Balance-wise, it was feeling really good.
"There are still some tweaks we need to make it feel perfect, but I'm feeling good."
Hamilton has started from pole position in both races so far this season.
