Mercedes racer Lewis Hamilton has expressed his delight with his car after finishing third at the Canadian Grand Prix on Sunday.
The 28-year-old was second in Montreal until being overtaken late on by Ferrari's Fernando Alonso on the 63rd lap.
Despite this, Hamilton believes that he could not have put in a much better performance.
"The car felt fantastic today and I had good grip for the low-speed corners but we just weren't quite on the pace of Seb and Fernando," Hamilton told BBC Sport.
"I was on the maximum that I could possibly drive and we got absolutely everything out of the car today. Being hunted down by Fernando is like being chased down by a bull."
The podium finish was Hamilton's third of the season.
