Lewis Hamilton has set the fastest lap time in the final practice ahead of qualifying for this weekend's inaugural Russian Grand Prix.
The championship leader was 0.290 seconds ahead of his Mercedes teammate Nico Rosberg, and a further tenth clear of Williams' Valtteri Bottas, who finished third.
Red Bull's Daniel Ricciardo, who is the only driver aside from the Mercedes pair who can still win the drivers' title, split the Williams duo, with Felipe Massa coming in fifth, while Toro Rosso driver Daniil Kvyat was sixth at his home race.
Several minutes were lost after Kevin Magnussen appeared to suffer a suspension failure, resulting in a red flag while his stricken McLaren was recovered by the marshals.
A number of drivers ran wide while continuing to learn the new Sochi track, including Hamilton and four-time world champion Sebastian Vettel, but both managed to avoid a collision.
Lotus's Pastor Maldonado was the only driver not to set a time after his car had an electrical problem while his mechanics were preparing to send him out.
