Mercedes executive director Toto Wolff has described Lewis Hamilton as "faultless" on the way to winning his third Formula 1 title.
Hamilton won the United States Grand Prix to confirm the Championship win, with teammate and title rival Nico Rosberg finishing 2.8 seconds behind.
"What a race with all the ups and downs. A fantastic race. We had a problem at the beginning, at the end it was tight, but I'm just overwhelmed," Wolff told BBC Sport.
"Lewis was almost faultless this year and the car didn't let him down. It is just an amazing feeling."
The 30-year-old previously won the title in 2008 and 2014.
