Nico Rosberg has described his victory at Sunday's Monaco Grand Prix as 'perfect'.
The Mercedes driver started the race in pole position and managed to maintain his lead throughout to clinch his first win of the season.
"It's amazing," Rosberg is quoted as saying by BBC Sport. "This is my home, I've grown up here all my life and it's really special. The whole weekend went perfectly.
"The car was really good, the tyres held on okay and that was really the key, so a massive thanks to the team. I'm ecstatic."
Defending champion Sebastian Vettel finished in second place, while the German's Red Bull teammate Mark Webber came in third.
