Force India are expected to announce that Paul di Resta has agreed to drive for them next season.
The 26-year-old British driver is currently in his debut season with Force India and has received a number of plaudits for his performances.
Di Resta is currently 14th in the drivers' championship, with three races remaining.
The Livingstone-born driver, who will be confirmed as the team's number one driver next week, is likely to be joined by either Adrian Sutil or Nico Hulkenberg.
