Mark Webber has dismissed suggestions that he would let Red Bull teammate Sebastian Vettel overtake him at this weekend's Indian Grand Prix.
Vettel currently leads the drivers' championship by six points from Fernando Alonso but Webber will not be doing the German any favours while his own title chances are still mathematically possible.
Asked if he would make way for Vettel during the race this weekend, the Australian replied: "No. This weekend, if I have a chance to win the grand prix, I'll go for it.
"Mathematically I have a chance.
"If I'm in the lead this weekend then I'm not pulling over for anyone. That's it."
The first practice session begins at 5.30am today.
