Red Bull driver Sebastian Vettel has expressed his satisfaction after finishing fourth at the Spanish Grand Prix on Sunday.
The German started the day in third on the grid and passed Lewis Hamilton to take second place before a pit stop allowed Kimi Raikkonen and Felipe Massa to overtake Vettel and leave him fourth.
Despite finishing further back than he started, Vettel admits that he is happy with the result.
"I think we can be happy with fourth - at least we have to be," Vettel told Sky Sports News.
"The first three cars were a little bit too fast for us. Especially looking after their tyres, they did a better job today.
"There's obviously three people that did better today, so we need to catch up. But surely we are not going the pace of the car; we are going the pace of the tyres."
Vettel remains top of the drivers' standings.
