Former Chelsea and AC Milan striker Andriy Shevchenko has recorded a 12-over-par 84 on his golf debut on the Challenge Tour.
The amateur, who made par in five holes on the back nine, managed to secure a birdie in the 132-yard second at the Kharkov Superior Cup in Ukraine.
However, that was the 36-year-old's only positive shot of the day after finishing 13th from bottom for shooting 11 bogeys during the first round.
Shevchenko retired from football after the European Championships last year.
