Harris England shot the best round of the day at TPC Southwind to open up a two-shot lead in the St Jude Classic.
The 23-year-old carded a 64 to get himself to 10-under-par for the tournament, with Shawn Stefani leading the chase on eight-under.
Scott Stallings and Paul Haley II are both five shots off the pace on five-under as American players occupy the top 16 spots on the leaderboard.
Ian Poulter is the highest-placed non-American, sitting tied for 10th on three-under-par.
