Francesco Molinari has claimed his second Italian Open crown by pipping Great Britain's Danny Willett to the title on the final day.
The Italian secured success on home soil after finishing on 22-under-par at the par-71 Golf Club di Milano course.
Masters champion Willett was just one stroke behind Molinari, with Nacho Elvira of Spain and Englishman Chris Paisely finishing tied for third at 18-under for the tournament.
It was Molinari's first European tour victory in four years, having last triumphed at the Spanish Open in 2012.
His only previous Italian Open title win came six years earlier.
