Canadian Mackenzie Hughes took home the RSM Classic crown on Monday after winning a four-man playoff on the third hole in Sea Island, Georgia.
Play was suspended due to bad light on the final day of the tournament, with Camilo Villegas, Henrik Norlander, Blayne Barber and Hughes in contention for victory after carding 17-under-par for the tournament.
Billy Horschel dropped out of the playoff after bogeying the first hole, and when play resumed on Monday, all four competitors made par on the second.
It was Hughes who held his nerve to birdie the third, while Villegas, Norlander and Barber were unable to match nor better their opponent's shot, therefore handing the crown to the 25-year-old.
The win in Sea Island marks Hughes's first ever on the PGA Tour.
