Charley Hoffman has consolidated his place at the top of the leaderboard at the halfway mark of the Shell Houston Open.
The American still holds a one-shot lead over the field thanks to a two-under-par round of 70, taking him to 10-under for the tournament.
Jamie Lovemark (68) is his closest challenger on nine-under, but the gap could be cut when some players finish their rounds after the second round had to be suspended due to darkness.
Roberto Castro and Welshman Jamie Donaldson are two behind Hoffman with three holes still to play, with Donaldson on for the low round as he is already five-under through 15 holes.
World number two Jordan Spieth dropped six shots off the pace with a one-over 73 in his second round.
