The exuberant crowd at TPC Scottsdale were treated to a rare hole-in-one during the third round of the Waste Management Phoenix Open this afternoon.
Italy's Francesco Molinari holed from 135 yards with a pitching wedge to send the packed stands around the famous 16th wild.
Delighted fans around the green threw their drinks, including beer, into the air and many cans and bottles landed not far off the putting surface.
It is the first time since 2011 that there has been a hole-in-one at the 16th. See how Molinari did it below.
