Great Britain forward and Chelsea supporter James Tindall has said that the atmosphere at the Olympic hockey stadium is better than at Stamford Bridge.
Tindall was among the scorers on Sunday evening as Team GB's men came back from 3-0 down to draw with Australia at the Riverbank Arena.
"It is not just the 16 guys out there but we also have 15,900 people fans behind us," said Tindall. "It created such a good atmosphere and it is not something us hockey players are used to.
"I'm a massive Chelsea fan and I have a season ticket at Stamford Bridge but the atmosphere here at the hockey eclipses anything. It is phenomenal to play here.
"We have Spain next and it is a really big chance to move into the semi-finals. We showed a lot of confidence to come back from 3-0 down against Australia and we can do it again."
GB face Spain at 7pm tonight when a draw, or better, would see them progress to the semi-finals.
