A report claims that Atletico Madrid have already sold more than 2,000 Fernando Torres '19' shirts.

Atletico Madrid have reportedly already sold more than 2,000 Fernando Torres '19' shirts.

The Spanish striker sealed a return to the Vicente Calderon at the end of December – joining on an 18-month loan deal from AC Milan.

During the forward's presentation on Sunday, it was announced that the 30-year-old would wear the number 19 shirt.

According to Inside Spanish Football, supporters have since flocked to the club's store to purchase the shirt of their former hero.

Torres could make his second Atletico debut in Wednesday's Copa del Rey last-16 first leg against Real Madrid.
