Belgium star Eden Hazard delivered a personalised signed shirt and a video message to a 79-year-old supporter after she expressed her passion for the national side.
Meme Francine's good luck message was read out by the Chelsea playmaker on the Belgian Red Devils YouTube channel, and later a signed shirt was sent to her home.
Cameras captured the moment when the elderly fan, whose house is full of Belgium merchandise, received the gift from Hazard.
Meme Francine, who turns 80 later this year, was reduced to tears when the shirt was presented to her, and told the show: "You don't expect this at my age."
Belgium will take on the USA in a last-16 match at the World Cup in Brazil tomorrow.
