Chelsea playmaker Eden Hazard could reportedly be called as a witness in Eva Carneiro's employment tribunal over a claim for constructive dismissal.
Carneiro recently left her role as Chelsea team doctor after she was publicly criticised by Jose Mourinho for treating Hazard on the pitch in the final minutes of the Blues' 2-2 draw against Swansea City in August.
According to the Daily Mail, Hazard will be compelled to give evidence at the hearing if called upon, and Chelsea fear that the Belgium international will be used as a witness.
If so, the 24-year-old will have to confirm whether or not he asked referee Michael Oliver to signal for medical treatment when he went down with an injury during the game.
Recent reports have claimed that Carneiro has made an individual legal claim against Mourinho.
