The father of Chelsea captain John Terry will reportedly stand trial for allegedly racially abusing and head-butting a man outside of a pub in London earlier this year.
Ted Terry has been accused of getting into a scuffle with Amarjit Talafair after shouting a tirade of abuse, including "black cunt" and "fucking Paki" during an incident in March.
According to the London Evening Standard, the 59-year-old denied a racially aggravated public order and racially aggravated common assault at the Old Bailey today.
Terry, along with his friends Stephen Niland, 36, and Tudor Musteata, 47, will enter a five-day trial from March 17 next year.
All three were released on unconditional bail.
