England all-rounder Ben Stokes has been pictured apparently smoking a cigarette at teammate Jason Roy's wedding in France.
The 26-year-old was arrested last month following a night out in Bristol where he became involved in a street brawl with two men.
In pictures published by the Daily Mail, Stokes is shown sitting at the side of a swimming pool, seemingly smoking with his right hand in a bandage.
Teammates Alex Hales - also reprimanded by the ECB following the Bristol incident - Eoin Morgan and Joe Root were also in attendance at Roy's wedding, held in France over the weekend.
Stokes could still be hit with an assault charge as a result of police investigations, while the ECB has yet to decide whether he will play for England in The Ashes later this year.
