ITV has decided not to run adverts immediately before the kickoff between England and France at Wembley tonight as a mark of respect for the victims of the recent terrorist attacks in Paris.
A minute's silence will be held before the game in tribute to the 129 people who were killed in attacks across six locations in the French capital on Friday night.
The French national anthem La Marseillaise will also be played, with the words being screened across the stadium, encouraging both sets of fans to sing.
ITV usually airs adverts in a brief break before the game gets underway, but the broadcaster will instead keep the live feed going as a mark of respect, according to PA.
Reports in France have claimed that broadcaster TF1 will do the same.
