The Football Association are reportedly trying to prevent the England squad from being exposed to ant poison when they touch down in Brazil for next year's World Cup.
Reports have claimed that the Three Lions could face an influx of the bullet ant, which can leave someone's leg paralysed if they are bitten, while in their hotel rooms and during training sessions.
It is understood that the English governing body are in discussions with tropical disease specialists in a bid to keep the players away from any danger, according to the Daily Star.
The sting from a bullet ant is said to be 30 times more powerful than a wasp.
