Prime minister David Cameron paid a visit to the England squad at St George's Park on Thursday ahead of next month's World Cup.
The players and manager Roy Hodgson have been at the nation's training base this week to prepare for Friday's friendly against Peru at Wembley.
Cameron spent part of his visit talking to Hodgson and captain Steven Gerrard after the squad's training session.
The Three Lions will take on Uruguay, Costa Rica and Italy in the group phase of the tournament when their campaign gets underway on June 14.
