England pair Gary Cahill and Adam Lallana give a Portuguese language lesson ahead of the World Cup in Brazil.

England duo Gary Cahill and Adam Lallana have given supporters travelling to Brazil some guidance when speaking to locals during the World Cup.

The Three Lions will travel to South America in the next few weeks to prepare for their opening Group D match against Italy in Manaus on June 14.

Before England fans descend upon Brazil, Cahill and Lallana have filmed a YouTube video revealing all the Portuguese phrases supporters may want to learn.
