Frustrated fans are still waiting to find out if they have been successful in securing tickets for this summer's Euro 2016 tournament.
UEFA had advised supporters who had applied for tickets through the general ticketing scheme, where up to 42% of the ticket allocation will be decided, to expect payments to be taken from their registered credit cards at the start of last week.
Delays with the national ticketing process, which included a blunder with the Northern Irish FA, are thought to have contributed to a delay in UEFA starting the general ticketing ballot. The process calls for all national allocations to be completed before the general draw takes place.
Speaking to Sports Mole, a UEFA spokesperson refused to be drawn on the delays, insisting: "As previously communicated, all fans will be informed by the end of February."
