Italy defender Giorgio Chiellini appears to have seen the funny side after he accused Luis Suarez of biting his shoulder during a World Cup clash in Brazil.
The Liverpool striker could face punishment from FIFA after he allegedly sunk his teeth into Chiellini's shoulder during Uruguay's 1-0 win in Natal on Tuesday.
The Juventus centre-back was furious after the incident and tried to prove that he had been bitten by showing marks on his shoulder to the referee.
Despite his anger after Italy were knocked out of the World Cup, Chiellini appears to have now poked fun at Suarez after a photograph of him laughing alongside a hotel maid who pretends to take a bite out of his shoulder has circulated on social media.
Suarez's lawyer Alejandro Balbi stated yesterday that there is a conspiracy against the prolific forward following the alleged incident.
