Kasabian guitarist Serge has admitted that he would happily give all the band's music awards away after hearing that Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri played one of their songs to inspire his players.
Ranieri made the admission during the BBC's Match of the Day that he played Kasabian's track 'Fire' in the dressing room prior to the Foxes' opening-day 4-2 victory over Sunderland on Saturday.
"We've done some mad things," the Daily Mail quotes Serge as saying. "We've been doing this a few years - that's up there with the ultimate. I'll give all the awards back, everything.
"That'll do me that. We were in Bulgaria so we managed to find somewhere that was showing the game. We watched the game which was incredible. For him to say that on Match of the Day as well was, 'Wow'."
Ranieri was appointed Leicester manager last month.
