The former editor of The Sun, Kelvin MacKenzie, has refused to answer questions regarding his paper's coverage of the Hillsborough tragedy.
Following the disaster, in which 96 Liverpool fans lost their lives, the paper published the headline "The Truth", accusing some fans of picking the pockets of victims, urinating on police and beating up a policeman trying to give the kiss of life.
The shocking truth surrounding the tragedy was uncovered last week, with the panel finding all three allegations to be false.
MacKenzie was questioned by a journalist over the incident, but the former editor refused to answer his questions before driving off.
