The North-West outfit can beat Liverpool to Premier League glory by earning just a point against the Hammers at the Etihad Stadium.
According to the Daily Star, one City fan revealed on Twitter that he was selling his ticket on eBay with a £3,000 price tag.
Reports have claimed that other websites have priced seats for the clash from £336 to £660, while some sites have offered supporters tickets for the away side at £238.
City are currently two points above Liverpool at the top of the table.
