Manchester City full-back Pablo Zabaleta has revealed that manager Pep Guardiola bans the players from using the internet when they are together.
The Spanish boss is known for enforcing a strict regime off the pitch, with reports emerging at the start of the season that overweight players would not be allowed to train with the first team.
As well as a ban on junk food, the former Barcelona and Bayern Munich boss has a rule that prevents the players from going online, according to Zabaleta.
"He forces us to have breakfast and lunch together at the club," the 31-year-old told Argentine sports TV channel TyC Sports. "The internet is cut off, we are held incommunicado. We don't even use 3G."
City currently have a one-point lead at the top of the Premier League table following six victories and one defeat.
