Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has reportedly invited Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho to dinner after Sunday afternoon's league meeting at Stamford Bridge.
The rumoured invite comes at a time when current Blues boss Antonio Conte is under intense pressure following an underwhelming start to his second campaign in charge.
Abramovich is still close to Mourinho despite sacking him twice and, according to The Sun, the Russian billionaire hopes to meet face to face regardless of today's result in West London.
Mourinho remains Chelsea's most successful manager ever, winning three Premier League titles, three EFL Cups and the FA Cup across his two spells.
The same report suggests that the 54-year-old, who still has a family home in London, has yet to respond to the invite.
