Former Manchester United striker Dwight Yorke has revealed that he slept with a football in his bed until he was 25.
The 41-year-old said that football was his "way out" of his humble life in Trinidad and Tobago.
"I slept with a ball in my bed until I was 25 years of age, every night," The Mirror quotes him as saying to pupils at the Urswick School in Hackney, North-East London.
Yorke played for United between 1998 and 2002, winning the Premier League thrice and the Champions League once.
