Doctors in France have reportedly begun tests on Michael Schumacher's brain this week to try to discover which areas have suffered damage following a ski accident.
The Formula 1 legend is in a critical but stable condition in a Grenoble hospital after he hit his head on a rock while skiing off-piste at the resort of Meribel in the French Alps on December 29.
The medical team treating Schumacher began tests on Monday to see which areas of his brain are functioning and which are damaged, according to Bild.
Reports have claimed that there are fears that a brain haemorrhage and infection could occur for the seven-time F1 champion, who has been in an induced coma since being admitted to hospital.
