Floyd Mayweather Jr boasted on social media at the weekend after pocketing around £500,000 on bets alone.
The American pound-for-pound boxer, who made upwards of £130m after beating Manny Pacquiao on May 2, posted the successful betting slips to Instagram.
All in all, the 38-year-old scooped $827,272.73 (£527,470) after placing a total of $350,000 (£223,212) on bets involving basketball games and the fight between Gennady Golovkin and Willy Monroe.
Mayweather bet that Golovkin would need under five-and-a-half rounds to win, and backed the Houston Rockets to win at the LA Clippers in Game 6 of the NBA Western Conference semi-finals, while also making a prediction for the Eastern semi-final between the Atlanta Hawks and Washington Wizards.
Alongside the picture of his bets, Mayweather wrote: "The last 4 days have been great. I'm getting paid while watching others entertain and perform. I don't do anything for free. I bet $350,000.00 and walked away with $827,272.73."
